We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee the delivery of high-end residential construction projects in London. As the Senior Site Manager, you will lead on-site operations, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver exceptional results within budget and time constraints.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring high-end residential projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and direct site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
  • Quality Control: Maintain a sharp focus on quality assurance, ensuring all work meets client expectations and aligns with high-end specifications.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and consultants, fostering strong working relationships.
  • Program Management: Develop and manage the construction program, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any challenges or issues on-site, maintaining a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs, liaising with the commercial team to minimize financial risks.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a site management role, with a proven track record in high-end residential projects in London.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 6/7 in Construction Management, SMSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid certification.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of luxury finishes, structural requirements, and bespoke craftsmanship.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver results under pressure.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience dealing with high-net-worth clients and design teams.
  • IT Proficiency: Competent in using construction management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or equivalent)
