We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join a leading residential developer based in London. The role involves overseeing the sales process for a portfolio of residential developments, including high-end apartments and family homes. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of sales consultants, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets for residential developments.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales consultants, providing training, support, and performance management.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, ensuring a smooth and professional sales journey.
- Marketing Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Show Home Management: Oversee the presentation and maintenance of show homes and marketing suites to ensure they meet the highest standards.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless handover process, addressing any queries or concerns from buyers throughout their journey.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales processes comply with relevant regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Proven track record in property sales management, preferably with a residential developer or estate agency.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrable experience in leading and managing a high-performing sales team.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the London property market, including residential development trends and buyer expectations.
- Sales Expertise: Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to drive results in a competitive market.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
- Qualifications: A degree or relevant sales and property qualifications (e.g., NFoPP, ARLA) is advantageous but not essential.
