Potensis Selection is working on behalf of a leading residential developer to recruit a talented and motivated Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project programs, ensuring timely delivery. Oversee the project scope, objectives and milestones. Coordinate with internal teams (land, design, commercial & sales)
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. Work closely with the commercial team to manage procurement and cost effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with local authorities, planner, and utility providers. Collaborate with subcontractors, consultants and suppliers. Maintain strong communication with internal senior leadership.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Resolve project challenges efficiently to keep progress on track.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering high quality residential developments. You should have:

• Over 7 years of experience in Project Management within a PLC housebuilder or major contractor. Experience dealing with local authorities, planning consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Degree in Construction, Engineering or Project Management (or equivalent experience). SMSTS (required for on-site project oversight). CSCS Card (Relevant for site access).
• Experience with project planning tools (e.g. MS Project, Asta Powerproject). Understanding financial appraisals, procurement, and contract management.
