About the Role:

As a Land Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing residential development opportunities, managing the acquisition process from initial identification through to deal completion. You will work closely with internal teams, landowners, agents, and local authorities to drive forward land opportunities that align with our client’s business objectives.

This role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of planning policies and the land acquisition process. You will play a key role in delivering a sustainable pipeline of sites for future development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess residential land opportunities, conducting site appraisals and feasibility studies.
• Negotiate and secure land acquisitions, working with landowners, agents, and stakeholders to agree on the best possible terms.
• Manage the acquisition process from initial approach through legal completion.
• Work closely with planning, technical, and commercial teams to assess site viability and maximize development potential.
• Build and maintain relationships with key external contacts, including landowners, agents, local authorities, and consultants.
• Stay informed of market trends, planning regulations, and emerging development opportunities.
