We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to manage the internal elements of high-end residential projects in London. This role focuses on delivering luxury finishes, bespoke detailing, and exceptional craftsmanship in the final stages of construction. The successful candidate will ensure that all internal works are completed to the highest standards, within budget, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Internal Works Management: Oversee all aspects of internal construction, including fit-out, finishes, and bespoke installations, ensuring top-quality delivery.
• Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and specialist trades to deliver luxury interiors in line with client expectations.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all internal works meet the required specifications, design standards, and craftsmanship.
• Program Management: Develop and maintain a detailed schedule for internal works, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
• Client Liaison: Act as the point of contact for clients, architects, and designers, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the internal works phase.
• Health & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, particularly during the fit-out stages of construction.
• Problem Solving: Proactively address and resolve issues that arise during the internal works phase, ensuring minimal disruption to progress.
• Budget Oversight: Work closely with the commercial team to monitor costs, minimize waste, and ensure financial targets are met.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Site Manager, with extensive experience managing the internal works of high-end residential projects.
• Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in construction management, such as NVQ Level 6/7, SMSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid certification.
• Technical Knowledge: Expertise in luxury finishes, joinery, cabinetry, tiling, and bespoke fittings.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring high standards of performance and attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience liaising with high-net-worth clients and design teams.
• IT Proficiency: Competence in using construction management software, including project planning tools.
