Role Description

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a pivotal role in the commercial management of multiple residential sites across Northampton and London. You’ll be responsible for preparing budgets, managing costs, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

This role is ideal for someone looking to take their career to the next level. The company has clear growth plans, with a pathway for this position to develop into a Commercial Manager role by 2026. You’ll receive comprehensive training and support to help you achieve this milestone

Qualifications

• Experience with Eque2 software (preferred) or COINS
• Strong background in residential construction with a proven track record in cost management and commercial leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
