We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-end residential construction projects in London. The role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with clients, design teams, and contractors to deliver bespoke, luxury residential projects that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations.
• Leadership: Lead project teams, including site managers, architects, consultants, and contractors, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets, working closely with the commercial team to track costs, forecast expenditures, and ensure profitability.
• Program Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered to agreed timeframes and quality standards, managing risks and implementing contingency plans when necessary.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee all stages of construction, ensuring high-end finishes and bespoke detailing are executed to the highest standard.
• Health & Safety: Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe and efficient working environment.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any challenges or issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and budgets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-end residential projects in London working for a Residential Developer.
• Qualifications: Degree or relevant qualification in construction, project management, or a related field (e.g., RICS, CIOB accreditation).
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of construction processes, luxury materials, and bespoke finishes.
• Project Management Skills: Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asta Powerproject, or similar).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience managing high-net-worth clients and design teams.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset to manage challenges effectively.
• Certifications: SMSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid qualifications are essential.
