We are thrilled to be working with a leading Housebuilder client to recruit for a Design and Technical Team Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company at the forefront of innovative housing design, sustainability, and materials research.
As part of the Design and Technical team, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting their operations, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. The team is responsible for creating bespoke housing solutions, utilizing sustainable materials, and navigating ever-changing building regulations, making this a highly rewarding and dynamic role.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Technical Director, you’ll be a vital part of the team, managing essential administrative tasks and acting as a key point of communication. You will oversee the organisation and maintenance of filing systems and databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. What We’re Looking For:
Our ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative or secretarial role, ideally within a construction or property environment, though other industries will also be considered. You should have a strong grasp of MS Office programs, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to draft professional correspondence independently.
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues and external contacts, as well as a professional and pleasant demeanour when representing the team.
If you are a detail-oriented individual with great time management skills and the ability to work accurately under pressure, this could be the perfect role for you.
